The factory is centrally located in secure premises at Kyalami, Midrand and occupies approximately 1500 square meters. Modern offices offer a pleasant and relaxed environment for customers and our designers to get together on new ideas and projects.

The factory is equipped with the latest generation of computerized machinery, from guillotines through punching and forming, every part is pre-programmed for maximum accuracy and perfect repeats.

Ten welding bays are equipped with both MIG and TIG set ups, allowing welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. A seven tank dip system is in place, offering maximum corrosion protection, prior to in-house powder coating.

Numerous projects from small to very large have been successfully completed for both local and export markets. We strive to keep abreast with the latest technology, allowing us to produce quality goods on time.

Cattex's range of sleek 19 inch wall boxes are manufactured to industry standard heights which comprises 4U, 6U,9U, 12U, 15U and 20U. Standard depths: 400mmm non-swing or standard or 500mm and 600mm swing boxes

Proven globally our in-house manufactured cabinets are fully adjustable - both vertically and horizontally.
Cabinets are manufactured to the international DIN41494 standards on sophisticated computerised machinery before being powder coated to the DIN 34946 standard.
